Groundhogs
Marmota monax

Also known as woodchucks, whistlepigs, or Maryland marmots, these large rodents are often seen eating grass by the side of busy roads. These chubby critters are a common problem for suburban homeowners, mainly because they dig extensive burrows with multiple exit holes n backyards and open fields, or under sheds and decks.
Groundhogs feed on all types of plant material, and are especially fond of vegetable crops.
At TS Wildlife Control, groundhogs are our specialty! We can remove and relocate them to appropriate habitat away from your yard, or we can provide alternatives allowing you to live peacefully with your "whistlepig!"
